Born in January 2005, Willow joined our household in April 2005 where she quickly settled in and became friends with Buffy. She is a beautiful Silver Spotted Tabby; an old fashioned-style Norwegian Forest Cat with good boning and a slightly shorter head than is currently fashionable. This didn't stop her from doing very well at shows as a kitten, though, where she gained several 1sts in her Open classes and Best of Breed on one occasion. Willow said recently that there is not a snowball’s chance in hell that she “ever wants to go to any of those nasty shows ever again”, so despite her looking so gorgeous recently we have retired her from the show bench unless she changes her mind.

Willow is full (although not litter) sister to Dewi and Dominic from their Mother and Father's last ever mating. She is also Izzy's half sister and is related to Ellwood, Cordelia and Anya.

Willow is a very confident friendly cat who loves sitting in the rain in the cat garden and climbing the oak tree. She also enjoys a spot of “Bunny Vision” where she watches our next door neighbour's rabbits and guinea pigs playing in her garden. Willow has told me that she'd love to join in and play with them, she wouldn't hurt any of them - honest! When it’s hot, Willow loves to lie under the bushes in the garden where she snoozes until Izzy or Cordy badger her to play.

She loved it when Buffy had her kittens and helped her to bring them up- and upon many occasions, led them into mischief!

Willow has had 2 gorgeous litters of kittens with Champion Tiganlea Prince Davio (Shred). She was an excellent Mum to them and we’re looking forward to repeating the mating in Summer 2008. We kept Champion Norskwood Greebo from her first litter with Shred and Greebo is now our stud boy and has fathered stunning babies of his own.
