Delilah was born in May 2008 and came to us from our dear friend Maria Shearwood from the Miyoda cattery- thank you so much Maria! She is a stunning Black Silver Tortie Classic Tabby and White and has the most perfect profile. She is the first non Norskwood kitten to arrive in the house since Izzy came in 2005, so we were very excited.
She is 10 days younger than our Sparky and has become good friends with both Sparky and Miss CP plus Buffy mothers her. Let me tell you that the saying “naughty tortie” is quite correct in Lilah’s case! As well as being naughty she is such an affectionate girl and loves to sit on your lap. In fact she is one of the few Norwegians I’ve met who is a lap cat. She is also very vocal, but she has the weakest and girliest voice ever apart from when she growls at the other cats- then she sounds like a huge cat and they all respect her. I hasten to add that she only ever growls when there is food involved; Delilah LOVES her food.
Lilah has been to a couple of shows so far and has done well. She seems to enjoy the attention and is very relaxed so lets hope her success continues.
