Crikey, where does the time go to? The weeks are flying by so quickly. My Anya is growing up very fast- if she’d been going to a new home we’d only have another 2 weeks left. Fortunately, we worked on Mum and Dad and they decided they couldn’t part with her, so she’s staying with us cats here at home. |

My Favourite Toy!

Anya is as nuts as ever- this week she has decided that she wants to climb the shower curtain and towels in the bathroom. I suppose that it could be worse and this way she keeps the humans company when they go to the loo! She loves her food, and indeed everyone else’s too- Mum only has to pick up a cat bowl or a sachet of kitten food and she’s there like a ferret up a drain pipe.

Mum’s kitten, sorry baby has settled in and us cats are already trying to take over her care. Anya likes to be close by whilst she’s feeding (I wonder why???!), and also when she’s being washed or changed. The rest of us try our best to hinder/help Mum (delete as appropriate!). She is a sweet little thing and we’ve had loads of visitors who have come to meet her. Everyone goes on about how much hair she has- but Cordy and I don’t think she’s got much at all, and we wonder what they’re going on about. |

Oh yes, that reminds me; Cordy. Well, she wasn’t a happy girl up at Auntie Julie’s, and she decided that perhaps she didn’t want kittens quite that badly after all, so she went off call before Mattis could get near her. Auntie Julie is bringing her home tomorrow and we’re looking forward to seeing her. We’ve all missed her. |

Willow’s lot are growing up quickly too. They can almost climb out of their kitten box now and I know Willow is keeping a close eye on them. Mum brings them out to play and they’re fascinated with her baby too. Anya is still washing them and teaching them bad habits- she can’t wait till they’re a little bigger. |

Right then, as ever I’m a busy cat. I have babies to keep an eye on and a nice comfy bed that’s calling me for a snooze.
