Blue Boo Joined us in October 2009 from our kind friend Gary Chodkiewicz. Born on 13th July 2009, he has an excellent pedigree and both his parents have many Best in Show wins. Blue Boo is already doing his best to keep up the family tradition; he won his first Best in Show on 16th May 2010 at his first Adult show in Lincoln bless him!
Steve was over the moon when Gary offered us Blue Boo- he’d waited 7 years for a Solid Blue. At the time of writing this (May 2010), he is just 10 months old and is our biggest entire Norwegian. He has a beautiful triangle, lovely profile, good chin and wonderful ears. He also has excellent boning and an extremely soppy and loving temperament which to us is most important!
He has recently had to be separated from the entire girls, much to everyone’s disgust (all the cats love him), because he’s recently discovered sex! He spends time during the day with Greebo with whom he gets on well, and the evening with us watching telly. We’re awaiting the birth of his first litter of babies with interest
Blue Boo was made up to FIFe Champion within 4 weeks at the tender age of 10 months and then went on to try his paw at GCCF shows where he won his first 2 CC’s at the jointly held Lincolnshire Cat Club and Humberside Cat Club show on 10th July 2010, where he was BOB at one as well. Blue Boo then went to the Norsk Skogkatt Society’s first Championship show on 31st July 2010, where he won his 3rd CC and attained the title of Champion, all within 3 weeks and at 12 months of age. |
