| The
kittens are seven weeks old today (12 th July 2005), and the hot
weather has returned with a vengeance. It is rare they miss the litter
trays now, and have started using the big cat's litter trays as well.
It's amazing how quickly kittens learn |

On Sunday, whilst washing
up with kittens playing around my feet, I found out that they can use
the cat flap if 2 or 3 of them push together! So, we've been in the cat
garden a lot making sure they're ok while they explore and play in the
fresh air. Buffy and Willow continue to keep their beady eyes on them
to make sure they don't venture too far. We spend hours just watching
them and laughing hysterically at their antics, but make sure that
kittens are rounded up and doors are closed if we're not about. |

They are also going through the stage that when
exhausted from playing, they just fall asleep where they happen to be,
so there can be snoozing kittens all over the place when they decide
it's time for their siesta!
